In this riveting session, she’ll let you walk in her footsteps as she gives her personal account of what it’s like to be faced with just such a situation. Johanna is a family member of Threads of Life – a workplace tragedy support association which helps families affected by a workplace fatality, life-altering injury or occupational disease along their journey of healing.

By sharing her own story, she’ll take you on the emotional roller coaster of hitting bottom, regaining stability and thriving drug and alcohol free. Carolyn is a passionate advocate of mental health and will inspire you to take fun seriously. Spoiler alert – this story has a happy ending.
