Webinars – Workplace Violence
HRPA and Safe Workplace Promotion Services Ontario (comprised of IAPA, OSSA and Farm Safety) have teamed up to present live webinars on what your organization needs to know to comply with Bill 168 -- Ontario's new workplace violence and harassment legislation.
Pre-recorded Webinars
Assessing the Risks of Workplace Violence Under Bill 168
Under Bill 168, employers are required to assess the risks of violence that may arise from the nature of the workplace, the type of work or the conditions of work. Measures and procedures to control these risks must then be developed as part of the workplace violence program. This webinar will help participants to better understand these new requirements and will provide an opportunity to explore specific approaches and tools available for identifying risk factors, conducting risk assessments and identifying opportunities for integrating control measures into existing OHS programs.
