Sulco Chemicals Limited is a Canadian manufacturer of sulphuric acid, oleum, and sodium bisulphite, and a packager of various other corrosive products. Operating in Elmira since 1968, Sulco employs 15 full-time employees and maintains a strong commitment to health and safety. Sulco is a Responsible Care company, and is ISO 9002 and 14000 registered.

In February, 2006 IAPA proudly presented Sulco Chemicals Limited with a Level II and a Level III Achievement Award for outstanding health and safety performance.

IAPA honoured Sulco Chemicals Limited with these two top-level awards, recognizing the firm’s progressive journey towards health and safety excellence. In 2005, the Elmira facility celebrated 10 years without a lost time accident and 3,800 lost time accident free days.
