Focused Prevention Efforts Produce Winning Results
You’re focused. We’re focused. And together we can make Ontario workplaces safer. Maintaining a focused approach to health and safety is vital to bringing workers home safe. Learn where we need to concentrate our efforts to effect change in our workplaces and ensure improved health and safety results.

Jeremy Shorthouse

Luncheon Keynote Speaker

Jeremy Shorthouse
National Environmental, Health & Safety Manager Vincor Canada – A Constellation Company

Raise a Glass to Safety
Jeremy Shorthouse was recently named 2010 Safety Leader of the Year in Canada. Three years ago, Vincor’s health and safety statistics were 500% higher than its U.S. parent company. Using humour and several anecdotal examples, Jeremy will tell the remarkable success story of taking a vertically integrated business, which includes viticulture (farming), production facilities, warehousing, hospitality, food service and retail, from being a “safety follower” to a “safety leader” in the wine industry.
