All of us, including health and safety professionals and committee members, perform leadership functions. There are actions you can take to be better leaders in your field. Garth Johns will demonstrate how leaders at any level can improve their leadership skills, by managing with common sense and mutual respect, using guidance from his book Common Sense Leadership. Garth is a Certified Health Executive and a Municipal Officer and holds additional certifications in Organizational Development, Conflict Management and Coaching.
